The information requested helps us understand your needs, contact you or review your application. It may include your organisation, service needs, premises, preferred timing, contact details, professional area and message. Additional details are optional. Please do not send health data or information that could identify a patient.
Sending the forms
The forms send your enquiry or application by email to info@synapse-swiss.ch. An acknowledgement is also sent to the email address you provide when sending succeeds. The website does not keep your entries in your browser’s local storage; sent messages remain in the mailboxes needed to handle them. The application form does not attach a CV: you can email it separately.
Access and retention
Enquiries are handled by the people responsible for them at Synapse Swiss SA. Information is kept for as long as necessary to respond and, where a contractual relationship follows, in line with applicable retention requirements. It is not used for advertising campaigns without a separate process.
Your rights
You may contact Synapse Swiss SA to request information about your personal data and, subject to applicable legal requirements, its correction or deletion. Send your request to info@synapse-swiss.ch.
